Do my clients need to create an account?

No! Clients receive a magic link via email. They click it, upload their files, and they're done. Zero friction.

How do automated reminders work?

When you create a document request, DocNudge automatically sends email reminders on your chosen schedule (default: Day 1, 3, 7, and 14). You can customize the timing per request.

Is my clients' data secure?

Absolutely. All files are stored securely with Supabase Storage using row-level security. Each client can only access their own upload portal via their unique magic link.

Can I use my own branding?

On the Agency plan, you can white-label the upload portal with your firm's name and colors. Pro plan includes your firm name in email communications.

What file types can clients upload?

Clients can upload PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, CSV, JPG, PNG, and HEIC files — up to 25MB each.
